Get 500 hours jet time line flying

In these blooming aviation worldwide and high demand for pilot, open various opportunities for pilot to look for a job, however the news sometimes does not align with reality that it is not straight forward to get airlines job.

In the old days, normally your Airline is providing Pilot training  which is act as sponsored by the airline who is hiring you. However this opportunities is very difficuly, especially if you are self funded pilot. Some airlines, still perform direct hiring from zero flight experience or ab initio direct to type rating and get employed.
In early 20 century, most of the pilot have to pay their own training, most of candidate pilot does not realized this until they are looking for a job which may prolonged waiting to get employment.
Some major airlines, such as ryan air, flydubai, etc started to open direct opportunities for student who pay their own. Not small number of airlines is selling their  type-rating on a new Boeing 737NG or other popular jets, the initial type rating training cost may start as little as US $ 10000 to USD 30000 depending which aircraft and where you are taking the type rating,  this is not stopped here, in order to get a copilot or second officer or First Officer job. There are still airlines paying for your type-rating, however this become unrealistically expensive and some of them impose training bond over 10 years.
 
In this new regulations, such as US airlines, most of them are not accepting low time pilots, so to self-funded, or self sponsor your own type-rating to get a secured job with an airline, it is totally acceptable as common ground.
 
We are opening opportunities to get specific type rating such as Boeing B737, Airbus A320  and CRJ200, and also propose direct to the airlines with 500 hours line training or line flying experience.
 
What is the average cost of to have type rating and line training ? it may cost from US$ 60000 to US$ 90000.  
How will I be able to pay back my Aircraft Type Rating and Line training ?
Think, that after couple of years, your average salary of copilot will be about US$ 5000 to 8000, or US$ 60000 to US $ 100000 per year which logically can pay back your training in 2-3 years.
 
What is the worst scenario after I completed flying school with no type rating ?
As aircraft type rating is very expensive, after obtaining type rating, it does not stop there, you may need to pay more to get line training experience, and work under No Salary Scheme, some company provided accommodation and per diem allowance for your daily needs, however some of the company implement this only after you are productive, means you are no longer need to fly with third pilot nor TRI (Type Rating Instructor) but only when you are sitting on your own with another line pilot or line captain.
 
The light came up in some airlines from eastern countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Africa and Iran soon have started to sell their type-rating  as additional cost saving such as (B737, A320, ATR, RJs) plus a 500 hours line training or one year Line Training, the contract may ask you to deposit around USD75,000 to 100,000 (approximately) in order to complete 500 hours necessary to apply real airlines or even get a job in those airlines.  There are some airlines offering you a one year or 3 years contract after the Line Training but you have to be good, STUDY, STUDY and STUDY   . . . . they can accept it with good ATTITUDE and AIRMANSHIP.
